So I purchased this using a "mystery" gift certificate Best Buy sent me that was between $5 and $5,000 (obviously I did not win big, but hey a free $5!). Gift cards are great for multiple reasons including being a good way to use up gift certificates before they expire. I purchased a Nintendo gift certificate because it is a great way to put some credit on my Nintendo account for when I want to make a purchase. More importantly, when I see something I want, I might not have enough cash to make the purchase at the time (bills and all those adulting expenses), but wait! I have a credit, looks like I can get what I want after all even though I'm broke. Awesome.
Also, for you parents out there, I really use these to teach my kids the value of the dollar, making them decide if what they want is good enough to spend their gift cards on.

Complete work wherever you are with this 17.3-inch HP laptop. I bought this laptop and it came in defective, the screen just did not work and it also had a gap between the screen and the case on the bottom part of the screen. Despite the screen not working it booted up and Cortana, basically the Siri of Microsoft, still let me get a bit into setting it up. Naturally I returned it and am going to receive a new one. Despite my troubles, HP is a solid company (every company will have defects and I honestly believe it was the weather change during delivery that broke the screen rather than HP problems, just hope you don't get unlucky like I did). HP is a great company, that created a great product for gamers everywhere for a reasonable price (reasonable by gaming standards). If you want a comparable product from any other suppliers gaming lineup, be prepared to spend quite a bit more. Despite the price comparison to others, the components are great, and in a good looking case to tie it all together. The HP Command Center is pretty user friendly too for the less tech savvy of undervolting and overclocking type of things and just want a good rig to game on (either as a desktop replacement or a computer on the go).

I have not had to use this yet, but on the off chance you need it, it is going to save you some serious cash. At the very least, your laptop will most likely not be holding a charge that well by the end of two years, and you can get your battery replaced. Overall, it will either save you cash or at minimum give you a peace of mind. I travel for work so the protection plan is going to keep me worry free about replacing it should something happen (although I will do my best to prevent that!)

I do not care for Xbox too much, but the 360 arguably has the best ergonomic controller, at least for my hands. This controller is pretty close to that level of comfort for me, and it has some heft to it so it does not feel like it is flimsy, but not overly heavy. The only thing it is missing is a headphones port, but the Switch can use wireless headphones now so that is less of an issue. My recommendation is to buy at least one as the joy-con are fine, but this is how you will want to game when you can.

This case will protect you Switch while you pack it around. IT can even protect it from a fall, but probably not a drop from high up. This can back some game cartridges as well so you can have a selection of physical games go with you as well. The extras outside the case, mostly the cloth and cord are great, and the joy-con protectors are a decent add on but not the best either.

I find this to be extremely helpful. Having an additional charger is great for anyone that is not always playing on the dock. I can use this to charge the console while my wife is utilizing the television while I continue to play. If you only play on the Switch in docked mode, this is not for you.

So, if you have never played old NES games then this is the perfect time to try them. This pass, much cheaper than competitors but offering a bit less than them, gets you the ability to play multiplayer games online, in addition to giving you a fair amount of NES games to try out or replay. There are drawbacks, but overall it is a solid offering and a great way to play games like Splatoon and Monster Hunter online with friends.

So, at one point in time I was pretty much an expert on putting screen protectors on. However, once all your electronics have a good screen protector on you don't really do it much anymore and so my skills were rusty. Since I was out of practice, and they charged $7.99 to apply it, I paid. The benefit of paying them is if they mess up, you only pay for one screen protector and they put another one and hope they do it right the second time and not have to get a third protector. Also, I have three cats and two dogs, so even using a steamy room to help settle dust can make it hard to get a screen protector on without some fur underneath!

Another with a smart phone is probably familiar with the Otter Box Defender series as they are typically one of the few options for a case for any new model phone. I can say that this is the highest level of protection you can get, but it is bulky like it as well. Overall it is great, but with the new iPhone it cannot protect the screen anymore since the entire front is a screen, so be aware that it cannot protect against drops that are screen down. The white and blue color combo is great and makes it easier to spot when you set it down than the black case traditionally is.

i am buy 2 switch systems each with their own accounts. i will have to buy in stages for christmas presents when i buy an online accout in a week will the online account have to be activated immediately or will it start in dec when the kids open it
I would just activate it when the kids open the Switch's up. Also, unless the kids are grown I would just purchase a family plan for $35 with you as the head and make them sub-accounts which will give you some parental oversight and give them access to each others purchases, in addition to be $5.00 cheaper.
