Great sound too bad a few things were missing

This was just an added sound source for my spare tv in my snake pit (where we keep our snakes) so I purchased an open box return. It was missing some cords and the template to wall mount it but I was very happy with the sound especially in this small bedroom. The other thing that was missing were the instructions in english, whoever purchased it first must have kept the english ones so getting it to bluetooth to my phone was a long trial and error so that too was frustrating and it would have been nice if Best Buy would have checked all this and stated it on the tag.

The LifeProof case is the go to case for people that work around water and so this would be the 3rd one we have owned. Even though it is pricy, it sure does the job. LifeProof has improved two issues that were a problem on the older ones we have had. You can now talk and people on the other end of the call can hear you and that was a big issue with the older ones and the touch screen works better and is more sensitive on this new one.
