Finally. The Cotton Club the way it was meant to be seen. This recent re-edit by Francis Ford Coppola was well worth the blind buy and the Blu Ray also looks and sounds great. The Cotton Club is now the realized film that we never saw in the 1980's.

Perfect Picture Quality of a Classic Film

Warner Archive's recent release of "The Letter" on Blu Ray was well worth it's wait. The film, itself, was restored and the transfer to disc made for an amazingly crisp and clean Black and White image. "The Letter" marks just one of eleven Bette Davis Oscar nominations for Best Actress, so finally having this film available on Blu Ray was made for an immediate purchase and should be supported without hesitation by anyone else who cares about our classic films. Hopefully, we'll see more Bette Davis gems in the future.
