Corded cheap phone

I got this phone because battery went dead in cordless phone. The ringing volume is too soft. At night time can hear ring but during the day the ring is too soft and have missed calls. Not too happy with this purchase. Would prefer a cordless phone but battery difficult to find and pricey.

This was one of very few 24" wide stacked washer dryer units that would fit in my limited space. Size was my limitation. I would have preferred to get one with an agitator but the general electric model I had previously lasted 5 years and two months and was leaking and not worth repairing. So I got this whirlpool unit. I hope it lasts and runs without issues/problems.

How much clearance is needed in the back of this unit for plumbing hook up , and vent, etc ? We are trying to fit this stacked washer /dryer into a closet and want to make sure there’s enough space to fit. Your dimensions don’t mention it. Thanks !
