Not sure on this. It took Best Buy forever to resolve many issues as the company who installs were horrible and unprofessional. After 6 months of using it the entire front glass door busted out in the middle of a dry cycle. Was under warranty but still..... love the look. Best Buy you need to fix your third party delivery company. Some are very unprofessional
