Work fairly well. Biggest gripe is the brochure. You need a microscope to read it. Unnecessarily poor. Also, the available PDF manual is the wrong one. Possibly for an older model. However, the unit performs it's designed tasks if you can figure out how to use it without a decent manual. I have many Chinese friends who speak English perfectly. Why can't the Chinese in China get someone like my Chinese friends to put together a decent manual?

The screen is small because the unit is meant to be very portable.
The screen is still very adequate. The controls are good and the storage, 32 Gb, great. I keep classical, popular (big band music - i.e. real music), dance playlists for ballroom dancing including the greats from Goodman, Miller, James, and loads of others ready to play. Works well with my desktop to load and arrange the music. You can keep it charging while you're playing music for endless hours.

With the Workforce 500 and Windows 7, it is simple to require the printer to print black only. This is useful if a color cartridge is running low on ink and a new cartridge is not available. Can this be done as well with the Eco printers?

My principle complaint against my Workforce 500 is that it will not print any color if any other color is depleted -e.g. It will not print black if magenta is depleted even though my black ink is full. What will this EcoTank do? Why is there no choice?

If I record an over the air tv show with this, can I then play back the show to the tv after it is recorded, or do I need to remove the usb drive and only play it back on a computer?
Yes. You can also remove the flash drive and use it to directly input to the TV, if the TV has a USB input, as some do.

We have Spectrum Cable television as our TV provider, and lease a cable\DVR box from them. Will your digital converter boxes allow reception and decoding of their digital cable channels?
I was told by the sales rep that this converter would work with cable as well as an antenna input. IT DOES NOT. It clearly states on the box and internal instruction material that this unit works ONLY with an ANTENNA input. It's quite a bit of work to hook this unit up. Now I have to take it down and return it. No fun there. Since my cable provider switched from analog to digital more than a year ago, I have judiciously been looking for such a converter for a CABLE INPUT since I have two excellent Pioneer DVRs with analog tuners. Apparently there is a signal in the over the air signal, or perhaps the cable signal, that will distinguish the inputs. Why? I have no idea. It stinks, but they do it.
