You're better off mounting it yourself or hire someone different than Geek Squad. Also they charge a very large amount for mounting. As far as the warranty service is the Best you never pay a penny unless you have to have the entire tv replaced then on the new tv you have to re purchase the warranty

My qn65qn95ba model will not turn on after an extended period when is has been turned off. I have too unplug the power cord to turn it on again. The remote will not turn it on, what is the fix?

Is there a timeframe when the next firmware update will be released? I too am currently having problems with the audio. The TV makes a terrible buzzing noise when there is any type of base in the picture sound. It will do it even when the volume is low.
