Verified Purchase:Yes
First Delivery. Contractor found there was water inn the pipes. We were not told to do anything. The washing machine was off the side of where it would stand because we had to put a new floor down and we left it out. We drained the water and set another install date,
2nd Delivery. There was a defect in the back of the machine found by the tech person. The machine was not moved from the first delivery.
3rd Delivery. Everything went fine.

I had 3 separate deliveries. First one they said something was wrong but it was minor and could have been fixed by them. (We had to put in a new flooring, when we did. Whey the 2nd vendor came in he identified a bid dent in the back of the machine. The first person should have seen that. The 3rd vendor came and went so fast it was redicules. 3 trips to get this done. I'm still shaking my head.

We'll deliver, install and make sure your new washing machine is working. We'll level your washer, plug it in and attach the hoses. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

4 attempts. Still not working. Wait times a week or more for service. If it is not done right, I should not have to wait a week or more to get it fixed.
