Lack follow through I made an appointment for home service the day before the said set appt Geek Squad rescheduled into the following month which was past the time I needed and then when that rescheduled date came they didn’t call cancel or keep their commitment Very poor service I will probably not renew with Geek Squad not professional at all Not worth the money
