This is a completely newly designed Arc 5.
It shaves extremely well and fast.
Highly recommend this one.
However, buy the razor by itself. Don't buy the one with the charger. I did and returned it.

Can't get the brush roller to spin whether the controlling lever is up. Bought new belts but still can;t get any tension/ Checked the shaft coming out of the sweeper that the belt is attached to and it spins when engaged. Just no tension to engage the bel

Yes, Phonesoap does extensive testing. Right now they're testing its use for face masks but they won't tell you it works unless it's confident in its findings.
