This is a completely newly designed Arc 5.
It shaves extremely well and fast.
Highly recommend this one.
However, buy the razor by itself. Don't buy the one with the charger. I did and returned it.

Need to read a products instructions. What you would have discovered if that Phonesoap is a sanitizer not a phone cleaner. If you register the product, you are offered three screen cleaners for free.

why isa the second reading different than the first after a few minutes taken with the Omron series ten
This is typical. Usually the second reading is lower because your body has adjusted for any stress. If you put the unit on user one it will do an average of three tests with a minute between tests. That's probably to most accurate reading. It will also store the results of the last two hundred average readings. Your manual tells you how to do this.
