Too noisy

We'll deliver, install and make sure your new washing machine is working. We'll level your washer, plug it in and attach the hoses. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

No tools to level or hook up

Had to have out twice
Did load of laundry and the washer was was moving on spin and leaking from hose lucky it was in basement close to drain
Second time out still no tools and did not have the time of day to do anything except you need a block for leg of washer and PVC for hose
I was assured by dispatch they had everything on the truck and they said that they carry anything
When I had my own handyman to help he said they needed a
wrench to take legs down and a leveler

Very loud machine

I am sorry my 1998 through a belt and had to buy another washer
It is very loud and don’t know what it is doing during each cycle other then being very loud!!
The delivery was ok until they were leveling and hocking up hose
Did not use any tools had to pay for my own leveling with tool used
Had to have delivery persons twice the second time they said I needed block to level and did not have the time a day plus no tools and when I set it up for them to come the second time I was a sure they have everything on truck which did not see anything and they said they did carry anything and could not help but could come back on their time to fix it!!!!
