The delivery guys were very polite wonderful guys but he didn't connect the water properly.
Also He kind of bought kind of acting like they weren't supposed to install the unit are doing anything extra when I had paid a $199 for this extra warranties and them installing things in yadiyada but we got that straight out right away.

I have been so disappointed with Best Buy and their customer service. I was updated 4 times on June 23, 2023 that my washer was enroute even though it was never on the delivery truck. At 8:30 PM after calling the call center I was informed that my washer was never on the delivery truck. And now on June 24, 2023 the system is stating that a delivery today was cancelled? By who? Not me . I am post-op surgery and have a broken washer and have been waiting on Best Buy to deliver my new washer!! If anyone knows where my washer is, please let me know ASAP! LOST WASHER

Same carp is happening with me. I understand clitches here and there anymore with No one giving a rats ash but when their communications stink and you can't even discern customer service in a time of need is carp
