Worth it, if you have patience

I debated about purchasing this. However when I decided to update my media for family room, made the Totaltech purchase. It saved me a lot of money on the installation of my media items. The techs were friendly, helpful, cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions. Only compliant I have is when I have used it online or over the phone to resolve a techinical issue on a piece of equipment, I have had a 2 hour wait. That is not an exaggeration. Wish I could say that was the exception to the rule, but a one hour wait isn't unusual either. Of course the recording says "higher than normal call volumn" to explain. So I would recommend purchasing this item, but make it knowing you have to have a lot of patience with customer service.

Well I had been wanting a larger food processor, so purchaged it as a gift to myself to help with Thanksgiving preparation. Unboxed it and promptly sliced my finger. After a lengthy trip to the ER for stiches, got home and fired this baby up. It was great, powerful and large enought to commodate all my recipes. And I got out of dishwashing on Thanksgiving due to stitches.
