Failed to do more than connect the hoses. Took, me hours to figure out how to calibrate the washer--which they were supposed to do. They did not balance--and frankly, I don't think they knew how

Failure to provide documentation hampers the use of an otherwise good machine. There is a lot of hunt and peck involved because on line search reveals little. For instance, when trying to find how to soak, the screen says to use the app. Nowhere do they tell you there is an app, how to download it or that it is necssary. Some engineer spent a lot of time devising complicated programs that the average user can not access or use.

Instructions are awful

When I went to set it up, I ended up having to call the help line. They walked me through a set-up process that had NOTHING to do with the printed instructions.
However, I will now have to call them back for two reasons--that again aren't covered in the instructions. 1) Ir's great that it prints on two sides--but how do I stop it when I don't want two-sided printing? 2) It's supposed to be able to pair with an iPhone--but after repeated attempts, it won't.
