Generally good, but lacked some data transfered.

Took my old computer and new computer into the store for a data transfer after the service tech was unable to do it in home. Almost all of the data was transfered from the old computer to the new, including information from an external hard drive. All good. Except the Steam game data. Nothing on this was touched, though I specifically asked about this. The in home tech told me I would need to tell the instore tech and provide the password to Steam to complete this service. At the store I was told I didn't need to give them the password. They were very helpful setting things up and explaining to me some new processes on the computer, I really had a good experience with the tech I spoke with. Unfortunately, I discovered once I was home that the Steam games had not been downloaded which I then did, but took some time.

Communication with Best Buy.

While talking with the technicans in the store, they were very helpful. Took my computers in on a Saturday for a data transfer from an old computer to a new one. Was told the service would take 1-2 days. The tech didn't know if that meant by Sunday or would it be "working days", so said that I should have it completed by Tuesday. As my computer was in the store, I had no access to my email and I asked to be sent a text to notify me when completed. On Wednesday I tried to call the store with the number given to me on the card by the service tech. Unfortunately, apparently all Best Buy phone numbers always takes you to a long wait run-around call center where they really have no idea what is going on. I was told that my computer service was completed on the previous Sunday but I'd have to schedule and appointment on Thursday to pick it up, which I did. Then I immediately went to the Best Buy store and picked up my computer with no problems. They didn't know why I didn't receive a text that the service was done.

The tech who came to my home seemed to be very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure working with him. We were to have data transfered from an old computer to a new one. Unfortunately, due to slow download speeds via AT&T, this process would have taken days on some things, so basically we accomplished nothing and had to schedule an in store service.

First learned Fortran in the 70's, had my first home computer in 1985 using DOS. I've updated over the years and learned along the way, but now, as a senior citizen, I tend to keep my computers for a number of years, the last one for 7. Thugh probably needing to upgrade before now, I only upgraded to a new computer since you have to have Windows 11 as support has disappeared on Win10. I've not felt the desire to always have the lastest greatest. There are of course no manuals any more so there is a bit of trial and error learning curve for me to figure out how to even turn off the machine. Am still discovering things after 3 weeks. I'm sure there are underlying benefits to Win11, but some changes in placement of icons, etc., seem gratuitous. I use the computer for the basics; email, Word, burning cds, and gaming via Steam. I am disappointed that there is no longer a cd drive which you have to purchase seperately. I did upgrade the computer monitor, mouse and a gaming keyboard about 3-4 years ago and these work well and are compatible with the new desk top. The basic keyboard and mouse are... lacking for gaming. Otherwise the computer impresses me with it's speed, improved sound (used with 7 yr old Bose speakers), clarity of graphics, quiet running and seems to run at a cooler temperature, etc. Had to take a deep breath at the cost, but that's the way things are today, so good value, I have no idea really. But the quality seems very good.

Save yourself time and have the job done right. A skilled Agent will visit your home and transfer or backup up to 100GB of data from 1 computer to a network-attached storage (NAS), hard drive or other storage medium.

Scheduled to take computer in for data transfer on a Saturday, told it would take 1-2 days to perform. Told I would be emailed but pointed out they had my computer and had no access to my email. Was told I would be sent a text instead. By Tuesday had no contact from Best Buy. I called and found out the service was completed on Sunday but of course they sent and email, NOT a text as promised they would do. The actual service of transfer of data to a new computer was done pretty well.

This really seems to be a good sound bar. Excellent sound. My only complaint is the sound "bass" adjustment. You have a high, medium and low setting only. No gradient levels. And most annoying is that it jumps from low to high seemingly when the tv goes to a commercial, you switch channels, turn the tv back on. The high bass shakes the windows.

This is my 2nd Samsung TV. My first smart HD tv. I'm always a bit leery of electronics without written instructions. I'm not a technical wiz but it was very easy to get it programed and up and running.
Clarity of picture and sound are great. Very impressive even without sound bar. We use an antenna for tv and this tv doubled the number of channels received.
For a while, had a few issues getting it to stay connected to the wifi but not sure it was the tv's fault. But for the last 3 months haven't had that problem any more. Did have one day where the picture started flashing with what appeared to be a negative/x-ray type image on all air and premium channels. The problem self corrected after turning off and back on the tv and other devices connected to it.
Being used to remotes with numbered buttons to enter for channels, etc, these new minimalist styles were a bit difficult adjusting to, especially since there is no manual to give you instructions. But after you figure it out, isn't to bad.

DVD players have changed a lot since I first started using them. The are not nearly as elaborate in function as they used to be. This is a very basic device in function. It appears to be of good quality and had shown clear images and the simple remote is pretty intuitive.
