A "No Show" and "No Call" Negative Review

Best Buy or Geek Squad never showed up. I waited all day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. to have my TV installed. I even called at 3 p.m. to check their status, and customer service assured me they had until 7 p.m. to arrive. Now, I won't get another appointment for over a week. Let's see if the next appointment leads to a positive review for the installation or another no-show.
