If you are looking for wifi extender this is an execellent option. I had only 2.4 Ghz and this new devce convert to 5.0 Ghz. Dual band up to 15 devices. Good range exceeds my expectations. Provide same speed as wired router. Excellent wifi speed and range.

I have a huge house and my router is in the basement. I have spectrum and sometimes upstairs I can’t connect to WiFi. Can I just plug extender upstairs and not plug any of my TVs to it. Will it automatically extend my WiFi. I am old and new to this.
