Easy to install

I know it’s easy to install because the Nest Buy deliver/install crew refused to do it. While they were unpacking the machines to move into the house I removed the old vent and installed the new one. All they had to do was connect it to the back of the machine.

I had a plumber over the day before delivery to replace the shut off valves. He told me that the rubber hoses we had were the number one cause of flooding in homes. He suggested the braided stainless steel, which I had already purchased with the new machines. Works great and I feel more secure knowing I have a reduced risk of burst tubing

We were going to get the LG mega set, but saw it is 2” wider then the standard size. Thank goodness we saw that before it was delivered! The Samsung washes and dries well. However the smart home features are horrible. The apps they tell you to download are not the right ones. I contacted support and they didn’t know what they were doing either. We were supposed to be contacted by tier 2 help and never heard back from them.
