Poor Product and installation

We were sold a 5 year old product, when we thought it was new. Also. It was defective. It was leaking. We called to have it fixed, and they told us we were sold a defective 5 y/o product. We paid for installation, which was not done properly. We want compensated for an old product and a refund for the installation!
