Defective after 2 years

Had to come back and leave a review for this dryer after using it for exactly 2 years. The dryer would not stop spinning even with the power button OFF. I read forums and reviews and it seems this is a very common problem for this dryer and other samsung dryers. Since it is out of warranty the only option is to find a dryer technician or have Samsung recommend one but it is going to cost $ for them to come out and more $$ to fix the problem.
Wish I had gone with a different brand that didn't have this problem. Since it is happening so much they should have recalled this product.
