Our recent delivery and installation was really bad. The delivery person said we needed to connect the new washer ourselves. Then he left promptly. Yet when I contacted a plumber, he told me all w needed to do was take off an old rubber fitting and put

No level check until I insisted – and still the level was off. not sure if best buy cares – because they don’t allow you to review the installation Newly bought duct was all squeezed despite the install instructions not to do it
When our washer and dryer were delivered we, the customers, watched what was going on every step of the way. They made sure washer and dryer were level; started the washer on a cycle to check for leaks; there were none and they cycled the dryer to make sure it heated; again all work checked and professionally done
