Bit of a learning curve but work great!

After a few setup issues I was able to get these connected to my Apple HomeKit. The most common issue I think you might encounter is that your phone must be connected to the 2.4 GHz wifi network in order to get it to work. This might only be an issue for households with more than one frequency or homes with only 5 GHz. Also, make sure you update the firmware because otherwise it will act up. Keep the HomeKit code handy (there’s one on the plug and anther in the manual) so you can scan it easily and quickly.

Life saver

If you frequently lose your stuff, you need to get a Tile. When you're rushing to leave the house and you can't seem to remember where you left your keys or wallet, this thing is a life saver! Just open the app and click FIND. Or, use a Siri shortcut and say "Hey, Siri. Find my keys." Priceless. And now you can even change out the battery on the Mate.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I've had a few instances where it will either not connect, can't find my item, or says the item is ringing when it's actually not (sitting right in front of me). However, these have been rare in comparison to the countless times it has worked flawlessly. I also think the app could be less cluttered and is littered with annoying pop-ups (Upgrade to Premium! Let us Always Track your Location!). So the app isn't perfect, but gets the job done.

My Iphone 11 was working perfectly on it when I brought it home and plugged it in, but when I brought it to work and plugged it into a different outlet, it would not charge at all, I tried in three different outlets around my cubicle and none of them work

Can it be used as a second speaker for my tv? Some shows sound is barely audible, then way too loud, and back to soft. Can this help keep the volume more even? The TV is in another room and volume must be louder than if it were nearby.
My answer is assuming you have an Apple TV. If you don't have one, please ignore the rest, and the answer to your question is NO.
If you do have an Apple TV: It depends on your setup. If you are playing something (audio or video) from your Apple TV (not mirroring from another device) then the answer is yes. HomePod will act as a second speaker if you choose it in the audio menu.
If you are playing music from your device, you can choose both the Apple TV and the HomePod.
If you are mirroring from your device to the Apple TV, you will only be able to hear audio from your TV only and not the HomePod.

May I ask when it will be a special price, I want to order today, but I couldn’t buy it because I couldn’t place the order when the website crashed!
Just keep checking back. The deal was active early November and then it ran again through Thanksgiving weekend, including Monday. Sometimes other stores will have that same deal. Bottom line is Best Buy will not tell you when the deal will be back because they don't share that information with customers.
