It seems like this is a great dryer. We’re getting one just like it to replace the current. Unfortunately the dryer we purchased was an open box and had a loud rattling so we had to return. The most unfortunate part is that we ended up paying even more for a dryer that cost less because it was an older version. We have to pay the installation fee again.
