Movie has a good story but this is more geared for much older kids 10+ as it has a lot of fun violence in it and mobsters whacking off people in the James Bond style. Parents beware. This really has Mater as the main character. If you want skip this one and go straight to Cars 3. My wife and I after pre-screening this one and cars 3 decided to skip this one until our child is much older.
Steelbook case is very nicely constructed and the 4K with Dolby Vision make a things look fantastic on a 4K TV. Atmos makes it sound amazing too

This movie is amazing. The 4K UHD Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos makes this movie look and sound fantastic. The steelbook case has great artwork of Doc Hudson and Lightning McQueen.
Item arrived in time and worked right away.
Parents please be aware for young ones (less than 3 years old), there are a couple of scenes that might not be suitable. ***The following contains minor spoilers but only to give parents an idea why a couple of scenes may not be appropriate***. The first one is during the opening race, one of the pitties shouts that Lightning is an idiot in a scene. Young kids may repeat this word. Another scene is when Lightning has lost his hauler Mack and is racing to find him. He races a train, almost getting hit in the process. From a character arc/development related to storytelling of Lightning maturing into a champion it makes sense, but is completely unsafe and unacceptable to have in a kids movie. Parents may want to skip these scenes and have talks why it is not ever safe to race trains and or call everyone an idiot.

I upgraded to this model after owning the previous model (UBP-800, the M2 was added to the model numberfor this model). Form factor wise it looks identical on the outside to the previous model. It actually comes with the same remote as the previous model.
The older model only supported HDR but this one supports Dolby Vision. This newer model also supports HDR. Some people say they cannot tell the difference between the two formats. I must be one of the few who can. I can absolutely tell the difference. There is a lot more color depth with Dolby Vision. My wife and Father-in-law have said they couldn’t tell the difference between the old player and the newer one. It also runs very quiet (no loud noises like planes taking off)
Note you do have to enable Dolby Vision manually through the settings menu to turn it on. It is not enabled by default. Having read all the reviews I could find, I knew this ahead of time when I made the purchase. There is also a firmware update that should be made to add more support for discs. You can do the update over the internet by plugging the unit into your WiFi router via Ethernet or connecting it to your wireless network.
This player does amazing playing music CDs too. A great player overall. The previous model was great too except it didn’t have Dolby Vision support.

This is a very fun Disney movie. The 4K picture is amazing (Dolby Vision or HDR) and Dolby Atmos sound is awesome. It is still enjoyable even if you do not have a sound system to take advantage of the Atmos.
For parents and age appropriateness for kids please read below. There are some minimum spoilers.
There is one scene that has bullying of a young Nick Wilde in it. Parents may need to skip this scene for younger viewers. We let our son see this movie on a plane ride to a trip to Disney world and he did not like the bullying scene. We have watched the movie again and he wanted us to skip the bullying scene. We talked about the bullying scene with him; parents beware you may need to do the same.
This movie should be ok for kids 6+ but that bullying scene may be too much for younger kids. The scene occurs when Nick and Judy Hopps are on the Sky Trams after the scene in the rain forest district, in case you want/need to skip it.
