So I had wanted to see this in the movie theater and didn't get the chance. So I just bought it. I hoped it would be good and it was FANTASTIC. Such a good story! I cried several times. The acting was good. It wasn't... cheesy. Which - sometimes these kinds of movies (though I do love them) have a tendency to be a little cheesier.
It was a wonderful movie. Rent it or buy it but definitely see it for yourself!!

GREAT MOVIE!!! Very Original update for a CLASSIC!

I have been skeptical of the Disney Remakes. I think they should leave them alone. But I was pleasantly surprised by this one. It was an original story. And though there were some similarities to the original cartoon - I enjoyed the fresh look. That being said - it was more heart wrenching than the original, and the full song of 'Baby Mine' isn't included... but all in all - I was very happy. I saw it for the first time on a Disney Cruise Ship and it is GLORIOUS in 4k. Definitely a must see!

Though - it is not as good as A Dog's Purpose... in my opinion - I did really enjoy this movie!! I didn't get a chance to watch it in the theater - so I just bought it. It's very good... makes you a little teary at the end and it follows the book really well!! :)

So … I had wanted to see this in the theater, but I missed it. So I watched most of it on the plane to NY. I was mesmerized. The acting is phenomenal!!! I had to buy it so I could finish it. Such a good story. Makes you ask yourself some serious questions.
