I can't tell from the picture, and the description does not say---do these sleeves have a fold-over flap? This is important, because I don't want them to fall out in storage. Thanx

This product does not have a flap to prevent the disc from falling out. However, unless you are running with the sleeve upside down, and you are purposely trying to lose the disc, it is not likely to fall out because it was rather tight against the disc.
