It was a good vacuum overall, but vacuum died after 6 months. Dyson would not honor warranty. It was a good thing I purchased the Best Buy warranty. Best Buy issued me a full refund of the purchase price, minus the warranty price. That was fine.

This is my 3rd vacuum in less than 18 months. It was a good thing I purchased the extended warranty. The first 2 vacuums died (Dyson 10) within the first 6 months. Dyson would not help! So far, I like this model. I would recommend purchasing an extended warranty from Best Buy, just in case.

Model: MED7230HW3 I keep getting a 'POWER FAILURE" message. If you unplug and wait about 30 seconds and plug it back in....the POWER FAILURE message is gone. A Maytag technician was here today ... he said this is normal. HELP!
