Prompt but blame box handle for dropping tv

Delivery was prompt, communication was clear and on time, guys dropped the TV as the box handle broke and they tried to blame it on box. TV was okay so none issue but wasn’t happy about 85” TV being dropped.

Simply best TV for the price. I spent hours reading reviews, articles and viewing TV’s 85”. OLED was too expensive so wasn’t in my comparisons. Looked QLED Sammy and LG. At the end, I’m glad we chose 900H. Great quality picture for great price.
AppleTV 4K with dual homepods using EARC 2.1 HDMI is awesome. I am super happy with my TV purchase.
Came from 52” KDL-XBR4 spent $4,500 at that time. Design is okay and remote. Android OS I do not like, I love AppleTV OS.

Do the Apple AirPods have noice canceling feature?
No. The don’t insulate sound as other headphones, unless you.pump up the volume. Overall it has a strong bass, yet it’s not insulated so in a way safer overall if you were to use it as a everyday headphone. You can catch ambient noise, such as people talking or cars, so in those ways, it’s safer and better.

lost one of my airpods the left one, can it be replace and if so will it be conpatable.
I’ve lost 2 left AirPods. Apple sells individual replacements for $79 each. It’s expensive and sometimes worth just buying a whole new set of AirPods. If you buy a replacement unit, you can just sync it again w/ the button on the case, re-pair it and both AirPods should work. Hope this helped!
