I have owned many washers and dryers over the years and have never had any problems. They look great, however, I have had problems since they have arrived. The dryer did not work after they installed it. The dryer would not dry clothes. I had to call and they gave me a new one. It worked for a short time but now my clothes are not completely drying. I also had problems with the washer. It does not complete cycle. It works sometimes if I select a cycle different from appropriate cycle. For example, I had sheets that I wanted to wash on the regular cycle. I tried this cycle twice but it did not complete the cycle so I had to use bulky then it worked. I am going to have to call to get problem fixed, which is ridiculous since I have only used 7 times or so.
