Guys tossed my new washer out of the back of truck. Told me it was alright because it was surrounded by styrofoam. Refused to wear mask knowing that their policy states that they were required to. Talked trash about me in Spanish thinking that I didn’t understand them(I did). Installed the wrong hoses to the back of the washer. Did not check to see if it worked and left. Took me an hour to figure out that the hoses were wrong and that’s what was giving me the error code because they were not supplying enough water to the machine quick enough. Called them back to get them to come check it and was told to return the washer and get a new one. Long story short, I love Best Buy buy will never trust them to install anything again.

The washer has been great! It’s quiet, nice large size, and beautiful color. Wife enjoys the hand washing board and water jet. Wash time cut in half due to large size. Best Buy installation was horrible though, they charged and installed the wrong size hoses on the back of washer causing me hours of trying to figure out the issue. Once I put my old hose on it the error was fixed immediately.
