I've had a PS4 for years and experience with many controllers and this one was the worst by far, in just a coupe of month the right stick is messed up and it acts as if it was being constantly pressed up. Worst part is I tried to get an exchange and they didn't because I didn't purchase a protection plan which I think is total BS, like I bought a new product from you that clearly was defective sine it started malfunctioning in less than 3 months and you can't do anything about ti? way to stand behind your products
