Washer Install

We'll deliver, install and make sure your new washing machine is working. We'll level your washer, plug it in and attach the hoses. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

After our new washer was installed, only hot water comes into the washer, even when the settings are on cold or tap cold. We were still getting cold water before the installation. Could the installer have turned off the cold valve?

In the process of installation the water was turned off and it was probably not turned back on. Try turning it back on. That should solve your problem.
