when i received my package the steel book was bent like someone stepped on it and i tried to return it in store but they told me no so now i’m stuck with a 30-40 item that i can’t exchange. shipping quality was terrible. this isn’t the first time this has happened either. my case was broken when i ordered the bates motel series as well as others.
