Problems Searching For Files

This was s uggested by the Geek Squad member to help double my data capacity. He said it was a great deal. When I recieved my computer, the GS and I both had problems searching for my transferred files. They kept my computer another night and ended up replacing this product with a different brand - same size. No price difference.
