I bought the totaltech membership because it made my overall purchase cheaper. Overall it was an absolutely terrible experience. It took Over 3 months to receive my orders/installed and I spent hours speaking with representatives trying to resolve. Bestbuy cancelled delivery on me 3 different times after I took days off. Representatives put me on a silent hold for 20+min at a time. Representatives promised I would receive follow up calls from Management which never happened. I didn't speak to a single person who spoke English as their first language. Totaltech membership was a nightmare and I would not recommend.

Owned since 12/2/20 and the thing is still working but only if I hold the bottle down and at a certain angle so it will start. No expert but if you notice the bottle shape, it results in contents not blending well beyond the midway point unless its super runny. It was so cheap I will give it 3 stars but I wouldnt buy again, I would put a little more money into something nicer.
