Latency disappointing

Great at first, worked like a champ... got immediate notifications, could monitor in real time. Unfortunately this did not last. Initially everything was great, after a short time, latency in notifications and video has grown, almost 2 full minutes for video to show on App with same configuration where is used to be immediate. Maybe throttled due to not signing up for premium service, but this is not called out. Doorbell flaky from start, low / changing light conditions send chime solenoid into a nervous fit... also get random erroneous "tamper" notifications, triple checked all wiring & connections.

Plastic construction is not as durable as hoped. Opening / accessing keys can be tricky / requires 2 hands. Low battery notification to App would be nice. App location tracking is spotty at best, even within paired device range. After several weeks discovered by lagging location history, device/keys are somewhere in my car, yet to locate. Suspect it slid out of my pocket & down between seats somewhere. There is a locate phone option to ring phone (from keysmart device), but no locate keys tone which seems odd.

The cable guide / interlock or connection cable protrusion or routing may be getting in the way. Bottom track and cover should have cable management slots (not well defined in installation guide, to manage cables in a way that allows full flat to wall position
