Paid but best buy refused to help

I paid and my brand new washer n dry didnt work n made grinding noise so I called best buy I was told my warranty does not kick in till 2and year and I should call Samsung even that they could have exchanged it. But best buy hung up phone n extremely rude customer service

I hate and regret as why I bought from BB

Right after I purchase brand new I set it up it was making extremely grinding noise. Called best buy they didnt replace and was not willing to replace or send technicians so I called Samsung they sent technicians. however I bought warranty from BB but they didnt sent no tech and hang up phone in me.
