Great delivery experience

Although I waited nearly 3 weeks past my original scheduled delivery date due to the incompetence of Best Buy (delivery date rescheduled by Best Buy twice - first due to lack of delivery personnel and second because washer had to be delivered to another warehouse), I was very pleased with the actual delivery. The gentlemen were extremely polite, pleasant and efficient.

Although I purchased this item on March 19, due to issues with Best Buy's incompetence (delivery originally March 26, rescheduled to April 10 due to lack of delivery [personnel available), then rescheduled tp April 16 to move machine to a closer warehouse. Can't really tell you now how the hose is working.

I would like to review this product, which I purchased on March 19 and scheduled for delivery on March 26. I was called the day before and informed that the driver's partner was sick and delivery had to be rescheduled. The first available date was April 10! I agreed to the delivery date. On the weekend before the April 10 date, I was called and informed that that delivery had to be rescheduled again - the reason being that the washer had to be sent from one warehouse to another one closer to me. The date for delivery is now April 16 - 3 WEEKS after the original scheduled date, I informed the customer advocate that if the washer is not delivered on that date, I will cancel the order. I am a Total Plus Member - I will cancel my card, never buy another thing at Best Buy.
