Well, if you are either a police officer or a security officer then this would be perfect. I am neither, so I returned this item after I realized it was labeled like that. The light is bright and works well though.

UGH save your money

This item would not stay on my dash. The 'slip resistant' back was tacky, but the base was small and didn't offer enough tacky surface to hold. I would go another direction.
