I will update the review after the service call. I ordered this washer for my mom who is a senior citizen - paid the extra to have it installed, balanced and checked that it is working properly. After the first use, the washer ran the cycle without issues, but when my mom went to take the clothes out, she realized that the water did not drain completely and there was still water in the barrel. Also realized as it was running that the washer was not BALANCED and shaking a lot. So the installer missed on a few things: Did not balance, did not check if the washer was working properly and did not go over the basic functions of the machine with my mom, who again is 80 years old. So at current I am not happy. I have a service call in a few days and will update based on what transpires.
