The Blu-ray’s are the only way to watch Vikings. There is substantially more content and no commercials. Definitely not for the squeamish since the Blu-ray’s are more graphic in dealing with the violence. Highly recommend.

As Good Any I’ve Used

I have two other brands currently in use which are a Monster I paid over $100 for and Belkin which I use with my Apple TV. My 4K Apple TV automatically checks your display and formats to the highest capability your cable and display will produce. I tested the Rocketfish with the Apple TV and it immediately defaulted to the highest format which is 4K HDR. Great cable at a great price. There is absolutely no difference in video or audio between these or the Monster as well. These are all I buy now.

Can this blue ray player CD be hooked up with a sound bar as well.
The sound bar connects to your TV by an HDMI or an optical cable. With more basic systems it is usually optical out from your TV to your soundbar. Once your blu-ray is connected to your TV by an HDMI cable you are good to go. There is an audio out on your player, but that is not what you want to use unless for some reason you don’t want the sound to come out of the sound bar when you are just watching TV.

Can you use a 5.1.2 setup for Atmos with this unit? Like Center, L, R, RR, LR. Then 2 Atmos speakers as the 7 Channel setup Along with the 2 Channel sub?
Your choice concerning the surround back speakers are either to use them as either true surround back speakers or to assign them to be atmos height speakers which is how I have mine set up. The sound and picture quality is excellent and I am well satisfied. To have true surround back channels and atmos requires a 9.2 receiver which this is not. It does offer phantom rear surround channels which I haven’t experimented with yet.
