I don’t understand what QA you guys are doing before sending a product to customers.
When a customer is buying steelbook movies ( those are collectors edition hence we pay like thrice the price ), every time some random damaged steelbook are been sent. I have seen this many times during online purchase.
The problem being, we buy stuffs and when wait for a week all to see damaged items, and we couldn’t even purchase again cos many items the product will be sold / not available.
Really ? Can’t you guys do a simple check before shipping ? Hate to buy again from Best Buy
