I really, really wanted to give this five stars! I truly did! This is what a Mario game should be, but with a new twist. The villains are Rabits. Strange, but it works. They’re working for Mario’s main nemisis, yes we don’t even need to name him. He’s back, and per usual as kidnapped the princess. The plot jolts around them trying to steal mystical wedding artifacts to magically force the princess to marry him. Mario, and his new cap sidekick must stop them. It was a new and cute idea, but stuck close enough to the Mario we all know and love that it didn’t take away from the game one bit. It even has mid level mini worlds in old 8 bit Nintendo Mario levels to throw you back to the 80’s! It was truly a blast!
The reason I can’t give this five stars is the fact Switch is basically advertised for multiplayer use as it’s main feature for on the go. So they attempted to make it multiplayer. In doing so, you think they’d add Luigi, right? No. It’s Super Mario, not Mario Brothers. So the second player is the hat. It doesn’t work. I tried multiplayer with someone who loves to play multiplayer, but the hat was such a useless “playable” character (and even calling it playable in multiplayer is kind of a joke) that she refused to play it any more after one level. It was a terrible experience.
If you are looking for multiplayer games, don’t waste your money. If you’re okay with single play, it is 100% worth it! No go jump on a turtle!

Mario Kart for Switch takes you back to playing on previous systems. It’s truly a fun ride! Graphics are great, game play is fun. Character selection and weapons are great! Must have. And don’t forget the wheel controllers sold separately!

I have to say this was one of my better investments in my movie collection. I won’t even bother reviewing the story itself of Harry Potter, as the whole world knows his story. I will just say it is fun and imaginative, while also deep and moving. As far as the quality of the set, it’s the best. Audio, and graphics are fantastic.
As a side note, my recommendations for anybody with a blu ray player, and not a 4K TV. Buy 4K anyway as they usually will have the blu ray version with it. It makes it a perfect collection for when you eventually upgrade to newer technology. Now you already have the movie collection to start with!

This collection includes all 8 films from the Harry Potter saga. Based on the novels of J.K. Rowling, the films follow Harry (Daniel Radcliff) as he learns about his magical heritage, and the pivotal role he plays within the wizard community. Along the way, he forms indelible bonds with classmates Ron Weasely (Rupert Grint) and Hermione Granger (Emma Watson), who help him as he tries to defeat the evil wizard Voldemort (Ralph Fiennes).

This is a must have for any collector. Having one boxed set of the entire series is wonderful! The quality of the Blu-ray isn’t the best I’ve seen, but it’s good none the less. The graphics are great, and don’t get me started on the story. I’m a fan so nothing negative here! As long as you have an open mind and remember that movie incarnations of books tend to be different. This is the truest in the third movie, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.

Angelina Jolie gives a stunning performance as Lara Croft in the first Tomb Raider movie adaption as a game. She gives a great portrayal of the character, the story is fun, action is intense, and all around enjoyable!
The sequel wasn’t quite as good as the first, as most sequels tend to be. But it was still fun and worth the adventure! In all, this is a must have for your collection! Check it out!

This sequel to the 2001 hit video-game adaptation Lara Croft Tomb Raider finds Jan de Bont stepping in for director Simon West, helming his first feature since 1999's The Haunting. From a script by first-time scribe Dean Georgaris, Lara Croft Tomb Raider The Cradle of Life finds Angelina Jolie once again portraying the titular curvaceous adventurer. But where the first film saw Croft in a race against the Illuminati to acquire an elusive relic that offers control over life and death, this entry in the series follows the heroine as she ventures to an underwater temple in search of the mythological Pandora's Box. Unfortunately, once she secures the legendary artifact, it is promptly stolen by the villainous leader of a Chinese crime syndicate. It is then up to Lara to get the box back before an evil mastermind gets hold of it and uses it to construct a weapon of catastrophic capabilities. Gerard Butler, Djimon Hounsou, and Noah Taylor head up the supporting cast.
