The scenes that include turning on the tv, the Sonos playbar and the Apple TV, Fire TV or Blu-Ray player don't always work. I have re done them a few times so far.
The touchpad is quite sensitive which has its pros and cons.
I am hopeful that this remote will keep improving with the additions of functions like favorite apps or channels!

I am hoping the 2nd time is a charm. The first Ember 2 mug I got stopped working in 2 days with the app showing the mug as empty and not heating even though it was 3/4 full. I am very hopeful that my new one will work because this is a great concept.
Customer service at Ember was very difficult to get any answers from and blew me off for days.
