Would I have to buy any other parts for this to work or is it all included?
You'll need to buy the proper wiring harness adapters for your vehicle and a mounting kit for your vehicle. It comes with a back up camera that you will want to pay to have installed as Best Buy does not install the type of camera that comes with it, Unless you buy a special bracket from them.

The radio come with adapter cable, like socker to connect on the back
You will need to buy a wiring harness to match your vehicle. It comes with the harness that matches the radio, but unless you want to cut and splice wires you need the harness for you vehicle. it make installation a whole lot easier. and you will also need a mounting kit for your vehicle as well.
