Installation was free with my purchase of a new fridge. The guys arrived on time, brought in my new fridge, washer and dryer and had them all hooked up and ready to use within 10 minutes. They also hauled away all of the boxes and trash.

I had a matching set of HE washer and dryer for the last 15 years. This go round, I bought an "old school" washer with an agitator and this dryer to match. I love it! It even dries my oversized items, like comforters and quilts, all the way through in one cycle. My HE dryer usually took at least 3 cycles, and I still had to spread the quilt/comforter out and let it finish air drying. I am very pleased with this dryer!

I have had a front-loading HE washer for years, and too often had to rewash clothes that still smelled bad or that actually had dirt left in the folds of the clothing because the clothes never fully opened up during the wash cycle. The dirt simply got trapped and had no way to be washed out. I wanted an "old school" washer, with an agitator, that would really get my clothes clean like my washer used to 15 years ago. This washer has exceeded my expectations!! I was worried that since it wasn't a front loader, my comforters and oversized things wouldn't fit, but I was wrong! The capacity is at least what my HE washer was, and in fact seems like it's more. Everything I have washed has come out smelling and looking clean! I'm so pleased with this purchase!

Love the fridge overall, but one important flaw

I truly do love this fridge! The space and features are exactly what I wanted and needed!! The only problem is that the flap attached to the left-hand door that is supposed to slide into place when the door is closed and close the gap between the left and right doors does not sit tall enough to catch the guide at the top of the fridge. This means that it does not close on its own. I have to pull it into place when I close the door, otherwise there is a gap between the doors that lets all of the cold air out. I've requested service, but the lady on the phone didn't seem to think this was a real concern. It may not be to her, but it is to me!
