Like, be careful with your rugs insane! But that's a good thing. The hose isn't super short like it is on most vacuums in this price range, and the vacuum's weight (a little more than other comparable brands) helps to keep it upright when using the hose

During quarantine, how do we get the unworking product exchanged? (bought 2 year replacement Nov. 2018)
If the product has a REPLACEMENT plan, yes you take it to the store you will get the same product or an equivalent. You can also opt for store credit of the same amount of money you paid for it. There are other products that are not replaceable at the store e.g TVs, Computers and such. call the store before you make the drive there.
