Be careful with Best Buy installers

I think this fridge is awesome and worth it, but the installation was a nightmare, they had to take it apart to enter to the house, and that is ok, but 1st, they did not put the parts above blankets, just right there in the cement outside, and when they were trying to take the middle door, they yse power tools and they could not get it out, so i bet they damage the screw head, after a few weeks of use, the freezer is creating frost, i reach out to Best Buy but they say is samsung warranty issues, and trying to reaching to samsung is a nightmare, and it has to be a gap that the bottom door has after they put it together.
So far the other part of the fridge is performing well, it is good for a family of 5. It is important to measure where you are going to install it
