Easy to use, and works well for toast and bagels. Not quite so good for toaster pastries, though. If you put them in and don't make sure they're centered, they could slip down the side of the support inside and get caught or broken when they're supposed to pop up.

Good, but won't use 14" paper. Depending on which specs you read (Best Buy or HP), you might think it would take 14" paper, but the edge of the tray doesn't open the way it's supposed to to put 14" paper. Ended up returning it and buying the Envy 5055.
